Burnout but don’t want therapy

Lately I’ve been feeling super drained — not full-on depressed, but just mentally and emotionally wiped. I’ve tried journaling and meditation but nothing sticks long enough to feel helpful. Is there something out there that feels like personal support without being a full therapy session?

Yeah, I’ve totally felt that way — emotionally tired but not in crisis, so therapy feels like too much. I wanted something lighter that still helped me feel better and more grounded. That’s when I stumbled on this really helpful review explaining what is liven. It’s an app designed for people going through burnout, procrastination, or just emotional overload, and it gives you bite-sized, science-backed ways to work through it. No pressure, no therapy-speak, just tools to help you feel more like yourself again. What I liked is that it’s flexible — I could use it when I had five minutes or when I wanted to go deeper. It’s helped me feel more in control, without making me feel like something’s wrong with me. If you're looking for something in between “nothing” and “therapy,” this might hit the spot.

Thanks so much for this — honestly, I’ve been feeling exactly like that lately but didn’t know what to look for. I’ve tried a few things, but most felt a bit off or too much. This sounds like the kind of support I need right now. Really appreciate you taking the time to explain it in a simple way. I’m going to check it out today and see how it feels.
