Betarazi's basketball prediction service applies the same data-driven methodology used across the football tips platform to NBA, EuroLeague, and FIBA competition fixtures. Every tip is generated by a probability model that processes live bookmaker odds, strips the house margin, and identifies the market per game where the normalised probability gap is largest — filtered to tips with odds below 1.88.
Basketball betting differs from football in several important ways that the model explicitly handles. Scoring variance is higher — a team that typically scores 115 points can produce 98 or 132 depending on pace, roster health, and defensive match-up. The totals market in basketball is consequently the most efficient market on most nights, and Betarazi tips frequently recommend Over/Under lines rather than outright moneyline selections when the scoring evidence is clearer than the win probability.
Basketball's high-scoring nature makes totals the model's most frequently recommended market — cleaner signal, less influenced by individual possessions than the outright winner.
The model also applies a rest differential adjustment unique to basketball. Teams on back-to-back games — playing a second game in under 36 hours, often on the road — are statistically significantly worse than teams with two or more days of rest. This factor is weighted explicitly in every game where the rest differential is asymmetric, and it regularly moves the recommended tip from moneyline to totals or changes the moneyline direction entirely.
When tips are live, the tip column will use the following notation: 1 = home team wins (moneyline), 2 = away team wins (moneyline), Over [X] = total points over that line, Under [X] = total points under that line. The confidence bar shows the model's normalised win probability for the recommended market. Times shown are local UK time — NBA games typically tip off between midnight and 04:00 UK time; EuroLeague games are typically 18:00–21:00 UK time.

Coverage extends to the NBL (Australia), FIBA EuroBasket, FIBA World Cup qualifiers, and selected national leagues where sufficient odds liquidity exists.
The NBA is the world's premier basketball competition and the most liquid basketball betting market globally. With 30 teams playing an 82-game regular season followed by a 16-team playoff, the NBA produces daily betting opportunities from October through June. Our NBA model specifically tracks offensive and defensive efficiency ratings, pace of play, net rating over the last 10 and 20 games, home and away splits, and rest-day differentials. Playoff games receive additional weighting for historical performance under high-pressure conditions.
The EuroLeague is Europe's top club basketball competition, featuring 18 teams from nine countries in a 34-game regular season. EuroLeague basketball is more defensive than the NBA — average scoring sits around 80–90 points per team per game compared to the NBA's 115+ — which makes totals lines lower and requires different calibration. Our EuroLeague model focuses on defensive efficiency and home court advantage, which is more pronounced in European competition than in the NBA.
Moneyline bets are the simplest basketball bet — pick the winner outright. Totals (over/under) bets require predicting whether the combined score will exceed or fall short of the bookmaker's line. Point spread bets require the favoured team to win by more than the spread, or the underdog to lose by less. Betarazi's tips will cover all three markets, with the most statistically clear market per game selected automatically by the model.
